The Republic of Cote d'Ivoire is a coastal country located in West Africa. The official language is French. RCI lies between Ghana and Liberia, and also shares northern borders with Guinee, Mali, and Burkina Faso.

The Andersons work primarily in the north-eastern corner of the country, operating out of the city of Bondoukou.
